Normal body temperature varies between 97.7degreeF and 99.5degreeF, or 36.5degreeC and 37.5degreeC. This value is called normothermia and may vary by about 0.9degreeF (0.5degreeC) during the day. While minor changes in body temperature are normal, it is important to check your temperature especially if you are feeling low or feeling sick. How to measure temperature
Adult & Child forehead Mode. Point the temperature probe at the center of forehead, keep in contact with skin.
Ear Mode. Take off the probe cover. Fit the probe into the ear canal.
Object Mode. Point the temperature probe from the object with the distance of 1-2 cm (0.39-1.18 inches).
