1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website time2beauty.com and related services (the "Service") operated by LL Media ("T2B", "we"). By using the Service or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Salons and beauty professionals are also bound by the Terms for Businesses.

2. What T2B is – and what it is not

T2B is an online catalogue that helps you find beauty salons and independent beauty professionals ("Businesses") in Israel and Azerbaijan, compare them, send booking requests, chat with them and leave reviews.

T2B is not a party to the agreement between you and a Business. The Business alone provides the beauty service, sets its prices and is responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene, licensing and legality of its services and for any payment you make to it. Information on Business pages (services, prices, photos, hours, addresses) is provided by the Businesses; we do not guarantee it is accurate or up to date. Prices on the Service are indicative; the final price is agreed with the Business.

3. Account

  • You can browse without an account. To book, chat or review you need an account, which you create with your mobile phone number and confirm with a one-time code.
  • You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority in your country), you may use the account and book services only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for bookings you make. In the EU/UK, if you are below your country's age of digital consent (13–16), your parent or guardian must consent to the processing of your data (see the Privacy Policy). Some treatments may be available only to adults or with a parent present – this is decided by the Business.
  • Provide accurate details and keep access to your phone and email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see the Account deletion page).

4. Bookings

  • A booking made through T2B is a request to the Business. It becomes binding only when the Business confirms it. The Business may decline or propose a different time.
  • Your name and phone number, the selected service, professional and time are sent to the Business.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel a booking in your account. Please cancel as early as possible and in line with the Business's own cancellation policy. The Business may have its own cancellation, late-arrival and no-show rules; they apply between you and the Business.
  • The Business may cancel or change a booking; we will notify you through the Service, but we are not responsible for cancellations or changes by the Business.
  • After a visit the Business may rate you (1–5 stars). This rating is visible to Businesses you book with.
  • No payments are made through T2B. Any payment for services is made directly to the Business.

5. Chat and messages

Chat is intended for communication about bookings and services. Do not send unlawful, abusive or advertising content, and do not share sensitive information (for example health or payment card data) unless it is necessary. We may limit the length of messages and the links in them. We may hide messages that violate these Terms.

6. Reviews and other content you post

  • Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience with the Business. Do not post fake reviews, reviews in exchange for a benefit, or reviews about a Business you own, work for or compete with.
  • Do not post content that is false, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, violates privacy (for example other people's names, phone numbers or photos) or infringes intellectual property.
  • You keep ownership of your content but grant T2B a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate and publish it on the Service and in promotion of the Service, for as long as it is on the Service.
  • We may remove or hide content that violates these Terms or the Reviews and Content Policy. Businesses can publicly reply to reviews.

7. Prohibited use

You may not: use the Service unlawfully; impersonate others; create accounts automatically or in bulk; collect data of other users or Businesses (scraping) without our written consent; interfere with the Service's security or operation; or use the Service to send spam.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements. An advertisement does not mean that we recommend the advertiser.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software, texts and the "Time To Beauty" name and logo belong to T2B or its licensors. Business content belongs to the Businesses. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T2B is not liable for: the services, conduct, prices or information of Businesses; any damage arising from a beauty treatment; content posted by users; or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and any mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, harms other users or the Service, or when required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version and its date are on this page. Significant changes will be notified in advance through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
