Terms for Businesses (Salons and Masters)

Last updated:

1. Scope

These Terms apply to beauty salons and independent beauty professionals ("Business", "you") who register on time2beauty.com, use the business area salon.time2beauty.com or the T2B Admin app. The service is operated by LL Media ("T2B"). The general Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy also apply. By registering you confirm that you are authorised to act for the Business.

2. What T2B provides

A public page for your Business in the catalogue, receipt of booking requests from Clients, a calendar, chat with Clients, reviews with the option to reply, statistics, and notifications. Listing a Business and using the Service is free of charge.

3. Registration and account

  • You register with a mobile phone number confirmed by a one-time code. Keep access to it secure; you are responsible for all actions in your account, including by your staff.
  • Your Business page is published automatically after registration. We may review listings at any time and may refuse or remove a listing that is false, duplicate, unlawful or not a beauty business.

4. Your content and information

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you publish: name, address, services, prices, hours, photos, staff profiles and links. Keep it up to date.
  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use all photos and texts, and that staff members whose names and photos you publish have agreed to it.
  • You grant T2B a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate (including automatic translation), adapt for display, and publish your content on the Service and in promotion of the Service while your page is active.
  • You must hold all licences, permits and insurance required for your services and comply with the law, including consumer protection, health and hygiene rules.

5. Bookings and relations with Clients

  • The contract for a beauty service is between you and the Client. T2B is not a party to it and is not responsible for your services, prices, payments, cancellations or disputes with Clients.
  • Confirm or decline booking requests promptly and honour confirmed bookings. If you must cancel, do so as early as possible through the Service so the Client is notified.
  • Any cancellation or no-show fees must be disclosed to the Client in advance and must comply with the law.

6. Client data – your obligations

  • You receive Client names, phone numbers, booking details and messages only to provide the booked service. You may not use them for advertising (including SMS/WhatsApp marketing) without the Client's separate consent as required by law (including section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law), may not sell or pass them to others, and must keep them secure.
  • For the data you take out of the Service and keep yourself, you are an independent controller and responsible for complying with privacy law.
  • The rating you give a Client must be fair and based on actual behaviour (for example attendance and punctuality), not on discriminatory grounds.

7. Reviews

You may not post reviews about your own Business or competitors, offer Clients benefits for reviews or for removing them, or pressure Clients. You may reply publicly to reviews in a respectful manner. You may report a review that violates the Reviews and Content Policy; we decide on removal at our discretion. We do not remove reviews only because they are negative.

8. Prohibited conduct

No false or misleading information or prices; no listing of unlawful services; no spam or advertising unrelated to bookings in chat; no attempts to manipulate rankings or ratings; no collection of other Businesses' or Clients' data; no interference with the Service.

9. Suspension and removal

We may hide content, suspend or remove a Business page or account for violation of these Terms, at the request of an authority, or to protect Clients or the Service. Where reasonable we will notify you and allow you to fix the problem first.

10. Deleting your account

You may delete the Business account at any time in the T2B Admin app (Settings → Delete account) or in the business area on the website (see Delete your account). The page, photos, staff, services, chats, reviews and replies are deleted; active bookings are cancelled and Clients are notified.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law T2B is not liable for lost bookings, profits or data, for Client behaviour, or for interruptions of the Service, and its total liability is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid T2B in the 12 months before the claim. You will indemnify T2B against claims arising from your services, your content or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes, law and jurisdiction

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice for significant changes, by email or in the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you are established.

13. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, contact LL Media at support@time2beauty.com.
