Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Time To Beauty ("T2B", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal data when you use the website time2beauty.com, the business area salon.time2beauty.com and the T2B Admin mobile app (together, the "Service"). It also serves as the notice required under section 11 of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (as amended by Amendment 13), and as the information notice under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" and, where applicable, Articles 13–14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller (database owner) is LL Media.
Contact for privacy matters: support@time2beauty.com.

2. Who the Service is for

T2B is an online catalogue of beauty salons and independent beauty professionals ("Businesses") in Israel and Azerbaijan. Visitors can search the catalogue without an account. Registered clients ("Clients") can send booking requests, chat with Businesses, leave reviews and save favourites. Businesses manage their pages, bookings and chats on salon.time2beauty.com and in the T2B Admin app. The Service is not intended for children under 14, and users aged 14 to 17 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian (see section 12).

3. What data we collect and why

3.1 Clients

  • Account data: name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), gender (optional), profile photo (optional), interface language. Purpose: creating and securing your account, signing you in, letting a Business know who booked.
  • Sign-in codes: to sign you in, we send a one-time code to your phone by SMS or to your email. Codes are not kept after use.
  • Bookings: the Business, service, professional (master), date and time, status (confirmed, cancelled, completed), cancellation reason you choose, and your name and phone number as given to the Business. Purpose: sending your booking request to the Business and managing it.
  • Messages: chat messages between you and a Business. Purpose: communication about your booking or the Business's services. We may also send you an email when you receive a new message.
  • Reviews: star rating, review text, the name shown with the review, and your "helpful / not helpful" votes on other reviews. Reviews are public.
  • Client rating by Businesses: after a visit a Business may rate you (1–5 stars). This rating is visible to you and to Businesses you book with, and helps Businesses manage bookings (for example, repeated no-shows).
  • Favourites and notifications: Businesses you saved; in-site notifications about your bookings and messages.

3.2 Businesses (salons and masters)

  • Account data: phone number (sign-in by one-time code), email, salon or professional name, interface language.
  • Public page: description, category, city, district, street address, map coordinates, working hours, services and prices, public phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and TikTok links, photos, and staff profiles (name, gender, years of experience, description, photo, services). This information is published in the catalogue. The Business decides whether its phone and address are shown publicly.
  • Operational data: bookings, chats with Clients, replies to reviews, ratings given to Clients, page views statistics.
  • T2B Admin app: technical data of your device needed to deliver notifications about bookings, chats and reviews, used only for that purpose.
  • Staff data: if you add staff profiles, you confirm that you have informed those persons and have the right to publish their data and photos.

3.3 Location

If you allow it in your browser or device, we use your location to show the distance to Businesses and to find the nearest city or district. We do not save your location in your account. To find an address, your location may be sent to a map service. Location is optional: you can search by city instead.

3.4 Technical and usage data

  • IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, pages visited and how you came to the site. Purpose: security, preventing abuse, statistics of visits and Business page views, improving the Service. Visit statistics are kept for 12 months (see section 8).
  • Technical logs needed for the site to work securely, kept for up to 14 days.
  • Google Analytics: see section 6 and our Cookie Policy.

4. Is providing data mandatory?

You are not legally obliged to give us any data. However, a phone number is required to create an account and sign in, and your name and phone number are required to send a booking request, because the Business needs them to serve you. Without them you can still browse the catalogue. Email, gender, photo and location are optional; if you do not provide them, some features (email notices, distance sorting) will not work.

5. Legal basis (for visitors from the EU/EEA)

Performance of a contract with you (account, bookings, chat); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic statistics, improving the Service); your consent (analytics cookies, location, optional fields); and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as follows:

  • Businesses you interact with: when you book or write to a Business, it receives your name, phone number, booking details, messages and your client rating. Each Business is responsible for its own use of that data and may use it only to provide its services to you.
  • The public: reviews (with the name you display) and Business pages are public and may be indexed by search engines.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf:
    • hosting of the website and data;
    • delivery of SMS and email messages;
    • notifications in the Business app (Google and Apple);
    • map and address search services;
    • statistics: Google Analytics, only as described in the Cookie Policy.
  • Authorities: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety and the Service.
  • Business transfer: if the Service is sold or transferred, data may pass to the new operator under this Policy.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed by our service providers outside your country of residence. Where this happens, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for personal data (such as standard contractual clauses) and require them to protect your data in line with this Policy.

8. How long we keep data

  • Account data: while your account exists.
  • Bookings, chats and reviews: while the account of the Client or the Business exists; see section 10 for what remains after deletion.
  • Sign-in codes: not kept after use.
  • Visit statistics: 12 months from the visit, after which they are deleted automatically. The same applies to records of clicks on advertisements.
  • Technical logs: up to 14 days.
  • Records we must keep by law: for the period required by law.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data and to ask us to correct it (sections 13–14 of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law); to delete your account; to withdraw consent at any time (for example to analytics cookies or location); and, where the GDPR or Azerbaijani law applies, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority (in Israel – the Privacy Protection Authority; in Azerbaijan – the authority responsible for personal data protection; in the EU – your local authority). Most data can be edited directly in your account. For any other request write to support@time2beauty.com. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and answer it in full within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires; we may need to verify your identity. Requests can be answered in Hebrew, English, Russian or Azerbaijani.

10. Deleting your account

Clients: in your account open "Edit details" → "Delete account" and confirm with a one-time code (see Delete your account). Your future bookings are cancelled and the Businesses are notified; your phone number, email, photo, favourites, notifications and ratings from Businesses are deleted. Your past bookings and chats remain with the Business under your name, without a link to an account and without your phone number, and the reviews you published remain public on the site, shown with the name you used (together with the rating and the Business's replies), because they are part of the Business's public rating and help other Clients. If you want a particular review removed, write to support@time2beauty.com before or after deleting your account; we will consider each request, and will remove a review where the law requires it.

Businesses: in the T2B Admin app (Settings → Delete account) or in the business area on the website (see Delete your account). The page, photos, staff, services, chats, reviews and replies, notifications and sign-in data are deleted; active bookings are cancelled and the Clients are notified.

Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

11. Security

We protect your data with generally accepted technical and organisational measures, in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. No system is completely secure; if a security incident affects your data, we will act as required by law.

12. Children and minors

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the account only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of the Service; we may ask for confirmation of that consent. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and are below the age at which you can consent to online services in your country (13 to 16 depending on the country), your parent or guardian must give or authorise consent on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe a child under 14, or a minor without the required consent, has given us personal data, contact support@time2beauty.com and we will delete it.

13. Direct marketing

We do not send advertising messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them. Service messages (sign-in codes, booking confirmations and changes, new chat messages) are not advertising and are part of the Service.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version and its date are always on this page. If changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email, in the Service or in the app before they take effect.

15. Contact

If you have any questions about this Policy or your personal data, contact LL Media at support@time2beauty.com.
