Reviews and Content Policy

Last updated:

1. Who can leave a review

Reviews can be left only by signed-in Clients who have a completed booking with the Business booked through Time To Beauty. Each Client can leave one review per Business. Reviews are public and show the name the Client chose. If a Client deletes their account, their reviews remain public with the same name (see the Privacy Policy, section 10).

2. What is allowed

Honest descriptions of your own experience: quality of the service, cleanliness, punctuality, communication, prices.

3. What is not allowed

  • Fake reviews, reviews written by the Business, its staff, relatives or competitors, or reviews given in exchange for a discount or payment;
  • insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination, obscene content;
  • false statements of fact that may harm someone's reputation;
  • personal data of others (phone numbers, addresses, names of staff in a defamatory context, photos of people);
  • advertising, links, spam;
  • content unrelated to the Business.

4. Business replies

A Business may publicly reply to a review. Replies must be respectful and must not disclose Client personal data or details of the treatment.

5. Reporting and removal

Anyone can report a review, message or Business page that violates this Policy or the law by writing to support@time2beauty.com. Please include the page address and the reason. We review reports within 3 business days and may hide or remove content, or leave it if it does not violate the Policy. We do not remove reviews only because they are negative, and we do not edit review text except to remove prohibited parts.

6. Ratings

A Business's average rating is calculated automatically from Client ratings.
