Delete Your Account

You can delete your Time To Beauty account yourself at any time. Deletion is confirmed with a one-time code and cannot be undone.

Clients (time2beauty.com)

1. Sign in at time2beauty.com.
2. Open your account → "Edit details" → "Delete account", or open the account deletion page.
3. Enter the code we send by SMS or email.

What is deleted: your phone number, email, photo, favourites, notifications, ratings given to you by salons, and your sign-in data. What remains: upcoming bookings are cancelled and the salons are notified; past bookings and chats stay with the salon under your name but without your phone number or a link to an account; reviews you published stay public on the site, shown with the name you used, together with the rating and the salon's replies. If you want a particular review removed, write to support@time2beauty.com.

Salons and masters (salon.time2beauty.com and the T2B Admin app)

1. In the T2B Admin app: Settings → Delete account; or
2. sign in at salon.time2beauty.com and open the account deletion page.
3. Enter the code we send by SMS or email.

What is deleted: the salon page, photos, staff, services, chats, reviews and replies, notifications and sign-in data. Active bookings are cancelled and clients are notified.

Can't sign in?

Write to support@time2beauty.com from the email linked to your account, or tell us the phone number of the account. We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days. We will reply to your request within 3 business days.
